Margo Williams Obituary

In the home she loved and under the care of her husband and daughter, Margo Cronk Williams passed away of Alzheimer's Disease at age 80, on March 9. She was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister,  grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend. Margo was a graduate of North Syracuse High School, class of 1961. She was employed at Farmers and Traders Life Insurance Company, a member of Baldwinsville First United Methodist Church, and a volunteer at Crouse Irving Hospital.

Margo loved her family and devoted herself to their care. She was happiest when surrounded by family and friends. Margo fed them well, and was a wonderful cook. She loved her home, the outdoors, her flower gardens, sunrises, sunsets, the Adirondack Mountains, Beaver Lake, Southwick Beach, the Regional Market, and the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona. Margo had a big and caring heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand with a smile on her face.

Survived by her husband of 61 years, Kenneth Williams, daughter Michelle Wagner, sons Alan Williams, Scott (Barbara Williams), grandchildren Emily, Andrew, Hannah, and Hope Williams, and Reilly Wagner, sister Sharon (Brian) Tolone, brother James Cronk, nieces Brooke Anderson. Kelsey Cronk, nephews Ryan Tolone and Justin Cronk, cousins Joan Lewis and David Cronk. Margo was predeceased by her parents Frederick and Dorothy Cronk, sister-in-law Mary Ellen Cronk, and nephew Dylan Cronk.

There will be no services at this time, but a celebration of Margo's life will be held in the spring on a date to be shared. Condolences may be sent to Gates Funeral Home in Baldwinsville, NY at gatesfuneralhome.com.
